Breaking: Gov. Matawalle Win APC Governorship Primary Unopposed

Zamfara State Governor, Bello Matawalle has won the just concluded APC governorship primaries The incumbent Governor was declared winner as his main contenders; Hon. Sani Jaji, and Hon. Abdul Malik Garba Gajam withdrew from the race moments before the highly rancor free election. Delegates from 14 Local Government Areas of the state were thoroughly screened by the security operatives before being granted access to the Zamfara State Trade fair the venue of the event to perform the all important role. Our Reporter gathered that all the APC leaders in the State all unanimously endorsed Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle's unopposed victory so also the former Governor of the State Abdul Aziz Abubakar Yari was heard saying "APC is the only known party to the good people of Zamfara state.

Governor Matawalle During the Launching Of #8.3 Billion COVID 19 Action Recovery The Zamfara state Governor, Dr. Bello Mohammed Matawalle on Wednesday  launched the COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic stimulus Programme (CARES) in the state.   In a statement by the Press Secretary to the Governor Jamilu Iliyasu Birnin Magaji, said the Programme is to directly support individuals affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly the poor and vulnerable in Zamfara State.  The Governor said this will be accomplished through social transfers, livelihood grants, basic infrastructure provision, support for medium and small business enterprises, and maintenance of food security threatened by Armed banditry and general economic downturn. ZAMFARA STATE GOVERNMENT DELEGATION ATTENDS A THREE-DAY ENGAGEMENT ON POSTORAL CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING IN NIGER REPUBLIC.

A high powered delegation of State government officials and Media Executives were currently attending a three-day seminar on postoral conflict resolution and reporting in Maradi, Niger Republic. The programme organized by ECOWAS/CEDEAO drawn participants from security sector and media houses from Zamfara, Katsina, Niger Republic and other neighbouring states. Zamfara State delegation has the Permanent Secretary  state Ministry for Security and Home Affairs Alhaji Musa Liman Shinkafi, Executive Chairman Zamfara Radio Alhaji Sa'idu Maishanu  Tambarin Gusau, General Manager Gold City FM Engr. Sani Aliyu Gusau and Director General Directorate of  New Media Ibrahim Bello Zauma among others. The meeting dwelled on educating and sensitization of stakeholders on security and media on postoral  conflicts management and reporting. Governor of Maradi State Chaibou Abubakar declared the programme opened.

This followed the signing of agreement between governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle and former governor Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar to ensure that all members remain together. Exposed: Zamfara politician allegedly hired foreign thugs against 2023 general elections.

Report reaching Sahel medium have it that, Hon Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannan Bungudu had recruited no fewer than 500 thugs from the Neighboring West African countries to create mayhem in Zamfara State during and after the 2023 Scheduled general elections, ” the report stated. GOV MATAWALLE FELICITATE WITH MUSLIM UMMAH, URGES FOR MORE PRAYER AND DEDICATION TO ALMIGHTY.

Governor Bello Mohammed (Matawallen Maradun, Shattiman Sakkwato, Barden Hausa) has urged Muslims in the state to re-dedicate their supplication to the Almighty Allah for a more peaceful Zamfara state as we celebrate this year's Eid-al-Fitr. Governor Matawalle, who is currently on Umrah (the lesser hajj) sends his felicitation to the entire Muslims in the state  and urged them to remember the bounties of Allah who saw us through the holy month of Ramadhan. YARI - ZAMFARA CIRCLE DISTRIBUTION OF RAMADAN PALLIATIVE TO IDPs IN ZAMFARA STATE : A MIST OR REALITY.

  The distribution of Ramadan palliative by former Zamfara Gov Abubakar Yari to IDPs currently going on in Zamfara state is an effort worthy of commendation from all well meaning Nigerians, particularly those who are quite conversant with the state of IDPs in the country. The distribution of the foodstuffs by the former Gov which is being coordinated by an agent of politics and non governmental organisation called Zamfara Circle Community Initiative, have no doubt go a long in atleast relieving some of the difficulties of the IDPs in Zamfara state. Reports have it that the NGO/ agent of Yari political campaign has so far distributed large volume of the palliative to several camps of the IDPs in the state in the name of supporting the IDPs Yari himself created during his reign. BREAKING: GOV BELLO MATAWALLE PAID SIX YEAR TUITION FEE DEBTS OWED AL- HIKIMA UNIVERSITY BY YARI ADMINISTRATION.

    Zamfara state government under the leadership of Governor Bello Mohammed Matawallen maradun has on Thursday, April 28th 2022 paid all the 6 year debts owed Al-Hikima University Ilorin, Kwara state by the immediate past administration. The debts totaling over 230 million  Naira was left behind by the Yari government, after its refusal to pay for the tuition fees of Zamfara state indigenes admitted in the institution to study various courses during the reign of Yari. Following the payment of the tuition fees debts, the University has now graduated and issued certificates to all the Zamfara state students whose academics were disrupted by the Yari governmemt refusal to pay the scholarship. Reports from the University say students who have already paid their school fees have now been compensated back by the university authorities after receiving the payment from government.
