Buratai Congratulates New NFF President



Former Chief Of Army Staff Lt. General Amb. Tukur Buratai has congratulated the new President of the Nigerian Football Association, Ibrahim Musa Gusau.


In his congratulatory message, Lt. Gen. Amb. Tukur Buratai (Rtd), noted that he received the encouraging news of Ibrahim Musa Gusau's election with great joy and gratitude to Allah. 


"I am convinced that this is Allah's will and your pedigree, academic credentials and records of accomplishments in national and international sports makes you uniquely qualified for this sacred duty,


"As you assume office, our fervent prayer is for the Almighty Allah to grant you added wisdom and good health to justify the trust and confidence repost in you by all the members of the NFF. While wishing you a successful tenure, please be reassured of our personal support and prayers at all times," Buratai added.

Lt. Gen. Amb. Tukur Buratai's unending general love for people of Zamfara State dates back in time and has also grown overwhelmingly with time.

The Zamfara State government has ban with immediate effect airing  All progressive congress APC programs on its State  owned Radio and Television Stations across the State, Zamfanewsletters has learned. Investigations into the new directives from the state government Alledged to affect all the independent Media Stations enjoying N16, 000,000 retainer ship from the  State government to propagate it's activities. The Chairman of one the famous independent  Television Station in Zamfara  who declined to mention his name for the fear of being harass from the State government lamented the State government new directives extended to independent Television and Radio Station owners as a serious crime.
